Hitting a plateau

So now January is over did you manage to stick to your new year’s resolutions? If your resolution was to lose weight, get fit or tone up and you managed to make it through the January blues into February then congratulations is in definitely in order and a pat on the back

A full month in to your new fitness regime and you may find that progress is starting to slow and muscle gains or fat losses are decreasing week on week, as your body gets used to the new regime and adapts to the stresses you need to keep things fresh to break through the plateau. This could mean mixing up your routine or changing your supplements.
